A Study on Impact of Social Media on Mental Health of Gen Z
For many people, social media has become an essential part of their everyday life. Through social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, users can interact with friends and family, share content and personal stories, and take part in online forums. Social media offers a lot of advantages, but its consequences on mental health have drawn criticism. Social media use may contribute to mental health problems like addiction, anxiety, and sadness, according to some research. Social media use and mental health outcomes, however, have not been found to be significantly correlated in other studies. Reviewing social media's current effects on mental health is the goal of this study. It's become harder for teenagers to imagine their lives without social media. This research aims to review the current impact of social media.
