Objective: determine anatomical variabilities of coronary arteries at coronary angiography in Lome. Materials and Methods: it was a descriptive and analytical cross-sectional study that focused on the data of 139 coronarographies performed at the Interventional Imaging Unit of the AUTEL D'ELIE Private Hospital in Lome, from January 2021 to April 2023. Coronary angiography images with occlusive lesions making analysis of coronary anatomy impossible, were not included. Results: the average age of those included was 56.4 11.92 years with extremes from 27 to 84 years. The left coronary trunk had a normal caliber in 99.3% of people and a normal length in 71%. The caliber of the interventricular artery, the circumflex artery and the right coronary artery were normal in 93.5%, 81.3% and 85.6% of the cases, respectively. The right coronary artery was dominant in 71.9% of cases. The left coronary trunk was absent in 0.7% of cases. The bifurcation of the left coronary trunk was found in 71.9% of cases. The right coronary artery had a normal birth position in the sinus in 114 people or 82%. A high bifurcation of the right coronary artery was found in 6 people or 4.3% with a case of right double coronary. In our study, there was no significant difference between male and female compared to the length and caliber of the left coronary trunk, the caliber of the right coronary arteries, anterior and circumflex interventricular and anatomical variations of the right coronary artery. Conclusion: The present study revealed morphometric data of coronary arteries in a sample of the Togolese population.
