Fisiologia e produção do feijoeiro sob ação da tintura de Ligustrum lucidum no manejo da antracnose

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of water-alcohol tincture of Ligustrum lucidum in the management of anthracnose. The experiment was conducted in completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and three replications with treatments: water (negative control); mancozeb (positive control); 10% (T-10%); 20% (T-20%) and 30% (T-30%) tincture of L. lucidum. The data were evaluated by the gamma distribution, using the statistical software environment R The fungicide mancozeb reduced the severity of the disease, as well as the dye 30% increased yield components. It was observed decrease in chlorophyllian pigments and fluorescence parameters 48h after inoculation of the pathogen. These results can be explained on the basis of pathogen development cycle, which interferes with the leaf metabolism, leading to degradation of these pigments, causing damage to the photosynthetic apparatus.
