Cinsel aktivite ve fosfodiesteraz Tip 5 inhibitörleri: Kardiyovasküler risk faktörü mü?
Sexual activity can induce transient physiological changes in the cardiovascular system, while phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors, which are widely used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction, also exert hemodynamic effects. This review evaluates the potential cardiovascular risks associated with sexual activity and PDE5 inhibitors by examining current clinical data. The existing literature suggests that PDE5 inhibitors are generally safe in patients with stable cardiovascular disease; however, caution is warranted in specific patient populations.
