Research on equipment visualization maintenance training system based on virtual reality technology
With the development of technology, the complexity of equipment systems is increasing day by day, and traditional maintenance methods are no longer able to meet the needs of efficiency and accuracy. This study focuses on the visualization requirements in the equipment maintenance process and explores an equipment visualization maintenance system based on virtual reality technology. The system achieves a visual display of equipment structure by constructing a three-dimensional virtual model, which facilitates maintenance personnel to deeply understand the internal structure and working principles. In our research, we used a B/S network platform and combined it with virtual reality technology to design a system architecture that integrates interactivity, real-time performance, and immersion. The system utilizes technologies such as virtual prototyping, motion capture, and stereoscopic visualization to achieve virtual assembly, disassembly, and maintenance simulation of equipment, while supporting collision detection and interactive operations, effectively improving maintenance efficiency and safety. The test results show that the system not only reduces uncertainty and error rates during the maintenance process, but also helps shorten the maintenance cycle and reduce costs, providing an intelligent and visual solution for equipment maintenance.
