Fault Tolerance Performance of Distributed Network Security Protection System Optimized by Ant Colony Algorithm
Ant colony algorithm simulates the foraging behavior of ants in nature, using their unique pheromones to label paths and find the shortest path. This method can effectively solve the optimal problem, especially suitable for complex and changing network environments. The research was conducted on the construction of network environments, simulation of attack scenarios, and integration with ant algorithms. The article provided a detailed explanation of the implementation process of the algorithm, including algorithm initialization, execution process, and adjustment mechanism. This article also applied evaluation indicators such as attack detection rate, recovery speed, and packet loss rate to evaluate the performance of the system. Through the above research, it was verified that ant colony algorithm had practical significance and application prospects for improving the fault tolerance of network protection systems. When there was no node failure, the false alarm rate of the system was only 0.002%. Through the research in this article, it is expected to promote the development of information security, especially to enhance the ability and resilience of distributed systems to resist high-intensity network attacks.
