The Role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Enhancing the Effectiveness of Decision-Making from Faculty Members' Point of View in Colleges of Administrative Sciences at Saudi Universities
This study investigates, in line with Saudi Vision 2030, the transforming possibilities of artificial intelligence (AI) in improving administrative decision-making inside the Colleges of Administrative Sciences at Saudi institutions. Based on past studies and a poll of eighty-five faculty members from four different colleges, the paper shows how artificial intelligence may help to enhance planning, efficiency, and decision accuracy. The results expose notable variation in AI adoption across institutions driven by institutional opposition, insufficient resources, and technological constraints. Demographic analysis emphasizes nationality as a determinant of opinions about artificial intelligence's efficiency. The paper emphasizes the importance of policy development, infrastructure spending, faculty development, and incentives to remove obstacles for artificial intelligence integration. Among the recommendations include encouraging institutional clarity, matching artificial intelligence initiatives with national development objectives, and advancing cooperation. This study confirms that artificial intelligence has the ability to transform decision-making procedures by means of structural and cultural difficulties addressed, therefore allowing Saudi institutions to attain higher administrative effectiveness and support larger developmental goals.
