A video summary of the HIMALAYA study PLSP: Tremelimumab and Durvalumab for Unresectable Hepatocellular Carcinoma
The phase III study, HIMALAYA, compared treatment with tremelimumab plus durvalumab (STRIDE regimen) or durvalumab alone versus sorafenib in participants with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Participants who took STRIDE lived longer and were less likely to experience side effects related to treatment than participants who took sorafenib. Overall, the results of this study showed that STRIDE was more effective than sorafenib for people with unresectable HCC.
