Efficient Multicomponent Synthesis of Methyl 2-(Benzyloxy)-5-[2-(2-{[3-(substituted phenyl)-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl]methylidene}hydrazinyl)-1,3-thiazol-4-yl]benzoates

A series of methyl 2-benzyloxy-5-[2-(2-{[3-(substituted phenyl)-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl]­methylidene}hydrazinyl)-1,3-thiazol-4-yl]benzoates have been synthesized by one-pot condensation of methyl 2-benzyloxy-5-(2-bromoacetyl)benzoate, thiosemicarbazide, and 3-aryl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehydes under mild reaction condition. Various catalysts were used to optimize the synthesis conditions.
