Paced Right Bundle Branch Block Rhythm: Perforated, Displaced, or Neither?
Transvenous endocardial pacing of the right ventricle normally produces a QRS complex of left bundle branch block pattern (LBBB) on electrocardiogram. Although a paced right bundle branch block (RBBB) pattern can draw suspicion to lead perforation or displacement, it can also be a benign change. We present a case of a 56-year-old man who presented with dyspnea and was found to have a paced rhythm of RBBB morphology.
