H/OH substitution, construction of K–O coordinated bonds and introduction of homochirality for the design of a 3D hybrid double perovskite multiferroic

Based on a non-ferroic hybrid perovskite, the lowest symmetry 3D hybrid double-metal multiferroic was obtained through H/OH substitution and K–O coordinated bonds. This work provides profound insights into the design of molecular multiferroics.
