Effect of two-photon oxidation and calmodulin functionalization on the performance of graphene field-effect transistor biosensors

Laser oxidation and calmodulin immobilization were used to study their effect on [Ca 2+ ] sensitivity and limit of detection (LoD). They affected the parameters positively, with polymer residues affecting similarly but at the cost of reproducibility.
