Surgical and functional outcomes of bilateral synchronous adrenalectomy for functional tumors: A cohort study
Bilateral synchronous adrenalectomy is safe and feasible for functional adrenal tumors. It leads to symptom resolution with amelioration of hypertension and BMI changes with satisfactory overall QoL.
