Exploration of the Changes and Influence Patterns of Oil Contaminants in Hydraulic Components
The hydraulic system in CNC machine tools is a critical subsystem that ensures the overall reliability of the machine. By utilizing a test bench that simulates the operation of the CNC machine tool hydraulic system, the correlation between environmental factors, the quantity of oil contaminants, and system failures is analyzed. A BP neural network is used to establish a model of the impact of environmental factors on oil contaminants in the CNC machine tool hydraulic system. The correlation of the impact of environmental factors on oil contaminants is determined through range analysis. Experiments are designed to explore the relationship between the concentration and size of solid contaminants in the oil and the working state of the hydraulic system. A BP neural network is used to establish a model of the impact of solid contaminants on the hydraulic system. The influence of environmental factors and contaminant factors on the reliability of the hydraulic system is investigated.
