The article examines the impact of innovations and global changes on social networks in IT companies. The following three key factors are considered: the COVID-19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine and the active implementation of artificial intelligence tools in the working environment of IT organizations. The analysis shows how such changes are transforming the structure and functions of social networks as well as affecting employee interaction, information diffusion, knowledge sharing, and corporate culture. The author emphasizes the need to adapt management strategies to maintain the social connectivity of employees in order to increase productivity in remote work and digital transformation.
