Transmission characteristics of the left-handed circularly polarized waves in weakly impacted dusty plasma with full ionization
Based on the Boltzmann distribution law, considering the Bhatnagar-Gross Krook (BGK) collision, the dielectric relationship of the left-handed circularly polarized (LCP) waves propagating in the dusty plasma with full ionization under the external magnetic field is obtained. The attenuation coefficient (ATT) of the LCP waves is calculated by the Wentzel-Kramers-Brillouin (WKB) method under different applied magnetic field intensity and other parameters. Through simulation, we find that the attenuation coefficient of the LCP waves shows different trend under different magnetic field intensity. Specifically, when the magnetic field intensity increases, the attenuation coefficient first increases and then decreases, which indicates that the magnetic field intensity has a significant modulating effect on the propagation of the LCP waves. In addition, we also find that changes in electron density and dust particle density can also affect the attenuation coefficient of the LCP waves, which provides a new way to control the propagation of the LCP waves. These studies provide a reference for solving the problem of black barrier phenomenon of hypersonic vehicles.
