Design of optical testing turntable data acquisition system based on LabVIEW
Aiming at the problems of complicated information processing and error analysis steps and low efficiency of the existing turntable data acquisition system, an optical testing turntable data acquisition system based on LabVIEW is developed. The system uses Compact RIO hardware, which can be directly programmed by FPGA to achieve data input, output, and processing. The NI 9401 digital IO module and SEA 9510 communication module with high update rate are designed, which can respond to the external trigger signal and the high-speed image synchronization signal within 100ns, and ensure that the angle output of the encoder and the synchronization error of the high-speed image are within the required range. LabVIEW development platform is used to write system software to realize data processing, display and storage. The test results show that the acquisition system runs stably and can achieve high-level synchronization output between the encoder angle data and high-speed images, with a synchronization error of less than 0.5ms. The software realizes the simultaneous acquisition and storage mode, which verifies the accuracy and efficiency of the data collected by the turntable.
