Kajian Kepatuhan PT. Mitra Tani 27 terhadap Permenaker No. 5 Tahun 2018 tentang Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja

Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) is an an important aspect in the world of work that has an impact on the welfare of workers and productivity of the company. This study aims to assess the compliance of PT. Mitra Tani 27's compliance with the Minister of Manpower Regulation (Permenaker) No. 5 of 2018 concerning Occupational Safety and Health. Year 2018 concerning Occupational Safety and Health. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative with empirical methods through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that PT Mitra Tani 27 has implemented various efforts to meet OHS standards, such as provision of work clothes, working hour arrangements, and work division mechanisms. However, there are still some obstacles, such as work environment arrangements, air circulation, lighting, and the condition of work equipment. The main factors that affecting company compliance include management awareness and commitment, OHS training and supervision, and resource and budget allocation.
