Utilizing Biobanks to Unravel the Heterogeneity of Treatment Responses in Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD): Towards Personalized Therapy
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a growing public health concern with increasing prevalence. A major challenge in NAFLD management is the heterogeneity in treatment responses, which affects therapeutic efficacy and prognosis. Personalized treatment approaches are essential to address this variability. Recently, biobanks have emerged as powerful resources for investigating disease mechanisms and treatment responses at a large scale.
