Hypotheses for testing the effectiveness of the organization have been formulated and tested. For this purpose, an anonymous survey of the entire organization was conducted to measure the evidence provided by the tests, the role of each piece of evidence in the organization's activities, and the quality of the organization's functioning as a whole were determined. As a result of the study, the null hypotheses about the best quality of the organization's functioning were rejected and alternative hypotheses about the inefficiency of the organization's work were confirmed. Finally, appropriate conclusions have been drawn and relevant recommendations have been formulated to improve the quality of the organization's functioning.
