Improving the environmental and economic efficiency of the process of sodium hydroxide extraction from cotton fabrics by improving the technological regime

An approximate assessment of the economic efficiency of the practical implementation of the intensifying pulse effect on the process of extraction of technological pollution from textile material was carried out. It was shown that as a result of the intensifying effect, it is possible to reduce the concentration of detergents in the working solution and, accordingly, in wastewater, thereby reducing the load on water bodies and reducing the fee for environmental pollution. A mixture of surfactants was considered as a wastewater pollutant. The calculations were based on the fundamental regulatory documents on environmental protection and collection of fees for negative impact on the environment. It was shown that the intensification of the extraction process by pulse effect allows reducing the fee for wastewater pollution almost twice.
