TO THE QUESTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR UNLAWFUL USE OF THE BALLOT PAPER

n the paper deals with the problem of administrative responsibility for the misuse of the ballot paper. The analysis of misuse of the ballot paper as well as its consequences has been carried out. The article summarises practical experience and develops a mechanism of responsibility for the misuse of the ballot paper. As a result of the research, the authors proposed legislative innovations to improve the mechanism of administrative responsibility of subjects of the electoral process for the misuse of the ballot.
