ABUSE OF THE RIGHT IN SOCIAL SECURITY RELATIONS

Based on the analysis of law enforcement practice, the causes and various forms of abuse of law in social security relations are investigated. The author pays attention to the "compensatory" rather than "preferential" nature of the social security sphere and suggests measures to counteract abuse of law: the introduction of a proactive regime for providing social support measures, the transfer of registration certificates to electronic mode, monitoring the legal awareness of the population, monitoring the efficiency of modern legislation.
