A comprehensive study of the cosmology of Chaplygin gas and its thermodynamics
The study reported in this paper considered three different models of Chaplygin Gas (CG) and discussed some reconstruction schemes that go along with them in the context of cosmic dynamics. In particular, we studied the normal, generalized, and modified Chaplygin Gas models. They have different energy density formulations and associated parameters for the equation of state (EoS). Through analytical approach, we probe the dynamical behavior of the cosmological model. This exploration contributes to the theoretical understanding of Chaplygin gas cosmology. At the final stage of the study, we have checked the validity of the generalized second law of thermodynamics under the purview of Chaplygin gas.
