Decentralized guaranteed cost control of fractional-order linear interconnected systems with time-varying delays
This paper addresses the problem of decentralized guaranteed cost control for fractional-order interconnected systems with time-varying delays. Using the fractional-order Razumikhin theorem and linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), we derive sufficient conditions to ensure system stability and cost-effectiveness. Two control strategies, decentralized state feedback and output feedback, are developed to handle the system dynamics under time-varying delays. Numerical simulations validate the proposed approach, demonstrating effective stabilization and guaranteed cost performance.
