Factors Affecting Life-Space Mobility of Home-Care Older Adults Receiving Home-Visit Rehabilitation Using Path Analysis: A Cross-Sectional Multicenter Study
ADL, IADL, and environmental factors directly affect LSA in home-care older adults using HR, while motor function, psychological factors, and sex have indirect effects. These findings highlight the importance of considering these relationships when designing rehabilitation strategies to support LSM. Future research should examine broader populations, additional variables, and longitudinal data to refine interventions for HR users.
