The Linguistic Persona of K. D. Ushinsky as a Teacher

The article examines the linguistic persona of the great Russian teacher K. D. Ushinsky. The linguistic means of the verbal-semantic, cognitive, and pragmatic levels of a linguistic persona are analysed. The idiolectal features of the teacher’s professional linguistic persona are revealed, and the communicative features of pedagogical texts are described.
