Percepción y exploración del talento en la Jornada Escolar Complementaria: tensiones y relaciones en la propuesta formativa en Educación Básica Primaria
Education aims at the integral formation and personal realization of the student. As a key to the progress of any nation, the analysis, identification and characterization of the potential of students in and out of the classroom is of great importance. The Complementary School Day (CSD) provided in various educational institutions in the country, is a response to this goal and a learning scenario for the integral development, discovery of potentialities, among others. The objective of this qualitative research (in education) is to generate a reflection on the integral formation in Primary Basic Education based on the CSD training program in the city of Medellin (offered by the institution Comfenalco Antioquia), for this purpose it is proposed as a single case study in which a semi-structured interview was applied to the trainers of the program and a review of its foundations. From the data analysis, the CSD is recognized as a learning scenario for integral development, discovery of potentialities, etc., which requires the teacher (and the school) to attend to it in a critical-reflective manner regarding its contribution to the formative process and from a joint pedagogy among the educational actors.
