DEVELOPMENT OF FIRE SAFETY SYSTEMS FOR INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES THROUGH CONTINUOUS ANALYSIS OF THE PERFORMANCE OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

The article is devoted to the study of methods for improving the fire safety of industrial facilities through the introduction of continuous monitoring systems for electrical equipment. The disadvantages of traditional approaches based on routine inspections are considered, and the need for a transition to preventive technologies is substantiated. An example from the metallurgical and chemical industries demonstrates the effectiveness of using IoT sensors, predictive analytics, and digital twins to predict emergencies. The results of the study confirm that continuous data analysis can reduce the risk of fires by 25-35% and optimize equipment maintenance costs
