Efficiency of treatment of destructive forms of periodontitis on the basis of immunoregulatory and probiotic therapy in patients with oral dysbiosis

We studied the treatment of chronic periodontitis in patients with oral dysbiosis. The aim of the work was to improve the efficiency of treatment of destructive forms of periodontitis in patients with oral dysbiosis with the help of immunocorregulating and probiotic therapy. 111 patients with chronic periodontitis were under observation. Patients were divided into 2 groups depending on the type of treatment: main group and comparison group, and from the degree of oral dysbiosis were formed 3 subgroups. Treatment in the comparison group was carried out according to the standard method, in the main group with the use of lysozyme containing rinse, Bifiform complex and Galavit depending on the degree of severity of oral dysbiosis. All patients were treated with temporary filling of root canals with hydroxyappatite, that was kneaded on 0.1% lysozyme solution. Application of the proposed complex increased the efficiency of treatment in this contingent of patients from 3.4 to 10.3 depending on the severity of oral dysbiosis.
