Structured education and support significantly improved parental perceptions, alleviating barriers to KD adherence. The validated questionnaire serves as a robust clinical tool for assessing and addressing parental perceptions, enabling tailored interventions to enhance KD efficacy and optimize outcomes in children with refractory epilepsy.
