Chatbots educativos: Integración de la inteligencia artificial en la formación

This study presents the development and implementation of an educational chatbot based on artificial intelligence to improve the teaching of programming in technical and technological training. Using a mixed methodological approach, the technical development of the chatbot was combined with an empirical analysis of its effectiveness in educational settings. The chatbot, built with advanced natural language processing techniques, was designed to answer questions, provide detailed explanations, and guide students in solving programming problems. Test results with students showed over 85% accuracy in chatbot responses and a 75% user satisfaction rate. In addition, comparisons were made with traditional teaching methods, highlighting the efficiency and positive impact of the chatbot on learning. This study concludes that chatbots with artificial intelligence are valuable tools for technical and technological training, offering accessible and effective support for teaching programming.
