Dielectric Target Imaging With THz Chipless RFID Technology
Terahertz imaging is a groundbreaking technology that has broadened opportunities in non-destructive testing, medical imaging, security screening, and the arts for analyzing ancient artifacts. This study presents a chipless RFID array specifically designed for THz imaging. The chipless RFID is placed on a phantom containing a rectangular rubber object. A THz waveguide is then directed toward it, scanning 6 points on the phantom. Finally, the target image and its location are reconstructed using the Delay and Sum method.
