A General Route to Prepare Carbon‐Composited Complex Oxides with a Property in Lithium Storage
Abstract This article describes a two‐step process for the preparation of MnO/ZnO/C composite material. Initially, a precursor of tartaric acid manganese zinc is synthesized using a hydrothermal method; subsequently, the precursor is thermally decomposed under a nitrogen atmosphere to obtain the desired product. The lithium storage performance of MnO/ZnO/C is tested, demonstrating excellent cycling stability. It still maintains a capacity of 681 mAh g −1 at a current density of 0.5 A g −1 after 700 cycles. This method can be easily extended to prepare other composites such as (FeO) 0.497 (MnO) 0.503 /C, Fe 0.957 O/ZnO/C, and (FeO) 0.664 (MnO) 0.336 /ZnO/C, which are expected to be applied in suitable fields.
