CALCULATION OF THE VOLUMETRIC DYNAMIC ERROR OF THE TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEM SETTINGS
The problem of calculating the dynamic error of setting technological systems is considered. The urgency of the problem is justified by the violation of the Abbe principle in the size adjustment systems of modern technological equipment. The calculation of the accuracy of technological systems is based on the method of coordinate systems with deformable bonds. The equations of motion of the executive units of the technological system are based on the shaping function. The cutting process is included in the equations of motion based on the principle of least action during machining. To do this, we proceed to the variational derivative of the functional of the action on the components of the shaping function and time. The obtained equations of oscillatory movements characterize the dynamic error of the technological system during the processing process. Finding the equations of motion is based on the study of the magnitude of the shear angle in various processing options. To illustrate the possibilities of the proposed technique, two processing processes are selected: turning and milling. Laboratory tests were carried out during which the calculation results and experimental data were compared. The turning of a conical workpiece was carried out, which ensures a constant increase in the cutting depth. When milling, a non-standard scheme was used – processing of a massive workpiece not fixed on the machine table. The results of numerical modeling and statistical data of experiments vary from 10.7 % to 28.5 %.
