USE OF MAGNETIC CONDUCTORS MADE OF SOFT MAGNETIC STEELS IN MAGNETIC SYSTEMS AND MAGNETIC COUPLINGS –15 AND ST 3

Influence of material grade, from which magnetic cores are made, on force characteristics of magnetic system with high-coercive permanent magnets Nd–Fe–B with residual magnetic induction 1.1 T is considered. Material of magnetic cores steel 15 and St 3. Thickness of magnetic cores and high-coercive permanent magnets in magnetic system sections is 10 mm and 10 mm, 8 mm and 8 mm, 6 mm and 6 mm, 4 mm and 4 mm. In the range of air gaps between sections of the magnetic system from 2 to 12 mm, the specific shear forces in magnetic systems with magnetic conductors from these steels are close. A slight difference is observed when using a permanent magnet and a magnetic core made of 15 and St 3 with thicknesses of 8 mm in the magnetic system.
