Superior piezoelectric performance in high- <i>T</i> C sodium–bismuth titanate ferroelectric ceramics through spark plasma sintering

Textured sodium bismuth titanate (Na 0.5 Bi 4.5 Ti 4 O 15 , NBT) ceramics with a strong (00 l ) orientation (Lotgering factor F of 82%) were fabricated via spark plasma sintering (SPS), which exhibited excellent piezoelectric performance ( d 33 = 35.8 pC N −1 ).
