Based on the research, a series of recommendations for improving operational and search activities in Ukraine are proposed. Particular attention is paid to the need for a clear delineation of law enforcement and military functions to avoid task duplication, enhance the professional level of personnel through specialized training programs, and implement modern technologies to increase the efficiency of units. Moreover, the article emphasizes the importance of strengthening international cooperation, particularly with European Union countries, in combating organized crime. The article emphasizes that integrating international experience and innovative technologies into the activities of operational units will allow for more effective responses to modern challenges, ensuring reliable protection of the interests of citizens, society, and the state.
