Research on 1+2N Architecture of Distributed Archive Warehouse for Construction and Sharing
Engineering archives are important materials generated during the construction, operation, and maintenance processes of engineering projects. Due to the involvement of various technologies and industries in actual engineering projects, there are corresponding new demands for regional digital archive information sharing, personalized, precise, three-dimensional, and timely archive information services. Nowadays, due to the prominent problems of low efficiency and unsatisfactory recall accuracy in cross departmental and cross business archive retrieval in traditional archive management methods, this article proposes a "1+2N" (one standard and two extensions) distributed archive warehouse for co construction and sharing system architecture, which is based on the standard framework of the Smart Archive Repository Management Cloud Platform. The architecture uses scalable warehouses and modules to meet the personalized needs of archive management units of different sizes and requirements. The real-time dynamic update archive summary mechanism improves management efficiency, enhances information availability, and enhances security. The real-time transparent distributed archive retrieval mechanism meets users' demands for speed, accuracy, and scalability. The archive security access mechanism for privacy protection adopts technical means such as encryption, access control, backup and recovery, and audit monitoring to ensure the security of archive information. Through practical deployment and application, it has been shown that this architecture can effectively improve the management efficiency of distributed archives while ensuring archive security.
