Research on Real-time Monitoring and Control Method of Magnetic Levitation Flywheel Energy Storage Based on DPI Technology

Aiming at the stability control problem of magnetic levitation flywheel energy storage systems during high-speed operation, a displacement closed-loop control strategy suitable for multiple working conditions is designed, and a dual-processor hardware platform based on DSP+FPGA is developed. The speed control accuracy reaches 0.08%, and the radial displacement fluctuation is controlled within $\pm 20 \mu \mathrm{m}$. A fault diagnosis model is established, achieving a recognition accuracy of $\mathbf{9 6. 5 \%}$. System tests show that the system runs stably in the $0-15000 \mathrm{rpm}$ speed range, with a charge-discharge efficiency of $\mathbf{9 2 \%}$, meeting the requirements of engineering applications and having good engineering application value.
