Research on the Innovation and Development of Traditional Music Based on New Digital Technology

In order to improve the coordinated development of music and digital technology, this paper combines digital technology with music innovation to establish an automatic music generation model. Moreover, this paper establishes the management and control system of digital music, so that the production, dissemination and consumption of music can be standardized and connected, and the standards of each link can be established to provide a high-quality environment for music creators. The music automatic generation algorithm is realized based on composition rules and adopts IRL and DRL as training models, wherein the combination of composition rules and DRL enables the algorithm to generate harmony conforming to various application scenarios. In addition, this paper verifies that the music generation model based on new digital technology can meet the needs of modern music innovation and development. At the same time, with the update of science and technology, the integration of music with it will be deeper and deeper, and the combination of audio-visual is only the beginning. Therefore, the future music art may also combine hearing from the perspectives of touch, smell and taste, so as to make the three-dimensional effect of the music scene better.
