A High-Performance Self-Adjustable Power Management System with Dynamic Voltage Frequency Scaling for Low-Power Computing

This paper introduces a high-performance, self- adjustable power management system tailored for low-power computing applications, addressing the growing demand for energy-efficient solutions in modern electronics. The proposed system combines Dynamic Voltage Frequency Scaling (DVFS) with state-of-the-art power regulation techniques to optimize energy usage while ensuring high computational efficiency. Central to the design is a novel adaptive algorithm that dynamically adjusts the supply voltage and operating frequency based on real-time workload demands. This approach allows the system to significantly reduce power dissipation during idle or low-load conditions, enhancing energy efficiency without sacrificing performance. The proposed system also incorporates high-efficiency voltage regulators, which play a critical role in minimizing energy losses and maintaining stable operation across a wide range of workloads. This synergy between DVFS and advanced regulation techniques ensures that the system achieves optimal energy savings even in energy-constrained environments, such as mobile devices, IoT systems, and battery- powered applications. Extensive simulations validate the effectiveness of the proposed power management system, demonstrating substantial reductions in power consumption while maintaining high processing speeds. These results highlight the potential of the system to address the dual challenges of power efficiency and computational performance in modern low-power computing devices. The solution represents a significant advancement in power management for energy-conscious computing applications.
