Research on the Design and Algorithm Implementation of the Real-Time Monitoring System of the Teaching Quality Assurance System

This article innovatively conceives and implements a set of real-time monitoring equipment for teaching quality assurance system based on the isolated forest mechanism. This device collects, organizes and analyzes data, and instantly alerts various key indicators in the teaching process to quickly understand abnormal conditions. Isolated forest mathematics, a type of unsupervised learning program, is good at identifying abnormal values in the teaching process, such as students' academic performance, teachers' teaching behavior, etc., and then helps teaching staff make accurate intervention decisions. To prove the effectiveness of the equipment, this article constructs a mathematical framework and conducts simulation tests. The measured data shows that the equipment can achieve a high accuracy rate and a low error rate in detecting teaching exceptions, especially in a variety of teaching situations and scopes. The simulation results show the advantages of mathematics and the operability of the equipment through rigorous numerical inspection. This exploration provides teaching staff with a high-efficiency tool to grasp the dynamics of teaching quality in real time, promote teaching method innovation, and improve the modern level of teaching quality control.
