Działalność Polskiego Towarzystwa Bibliologicznego w latach 1989-2024
The first part of the article is devoted to the establishment of the Polish Bibliological Society. It was the only nationwide scientific association in the field of autonomous, comprehensive book science at the turn of 1988/89, while the second part is the history and activities of the Warsaw Branch, which was established as early as November 8, 1989. The article uses archival sources (reports of successive Boards of Directors).
