Theoretical aspects of the geocultural strategy of the territory as an integral part of regional policy

The purpose of the article is to consider the specific features of the geocultural strategy of the territory, which is an integral part of the regional geocultural policy. The article analyzes the categories related to the geocultural development of regions and cities - the content of the concept of "geoculture", "regional geocultural policy" is studied; the geocultural strategy is designated as one of the modern types of strategies for the development of territories; some features of the geocultural strategy of the territory are listed; The existence of geocultural strategies, separate from this type of policy, does not seem appropriate. Attention is paid to the management of geocultural development of territories, to the factors of formation and implementation of geocultural strategy and policy. It is indicated that local geocultural practices, when implemented, should be influenced by the regional narrative and analyzed from the angle of regionalism. The article presents some tools that can be used in the context of the implementation of geocultural strategies of territories. The thesis that the geocultural strategy of the territory is an integral element of the regional geocultural policy is confirmed. The research methodology is based on a system of principles and methods for constructing political theory at various levels of systematization of political knowledge, as well as empirical research at the level of specific political analysis, as well as the use of a universal integrative method for studying any political processes. Various aspects of the specifics of geocultural strategy and regional geocultural policy are considered taking into account the general logical methods of induction and deduction. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the analysis of the concepts of "regional geocultural policy" and "geocultural strategy of the territory", which is relevant for modern humanities, focusing on their features and content, areas of application. The practical significance of the study concerns the implementation of geocultural strategies in practice in municipalities (small towns and other settlements), as well as regional geocultural policy at the regional level; taking into account the specifics of applying these methods of urban and regional development, aspects of management at the municipal level. The article considers the geoculture of a territory as a definition that can be analyzed within the framework of political science. Geocultural regional policy is considered to be a significant category in various aspects, through which the geocultural image of the territory is promoted, and the geocultural strategy is recognized, which is a modern methodology for the geocultural development of a city or other locality. In the course of the research, the author comes to the conclusion that the geocultural strategy borrows the essential aspects of this type of policy and is implemented in relation to a city or other locality in a particular region. The political factors of the formation and implementation of the geocultural strategy and geocultural policy are listed; the coordination of these "geocultural" methods is entrusted to the municipal and regional authorities, the active population of the respective territories.
