PECULIARITIES OF STUDYING THE BASICS OF FIRE SAFETY BY FUTURE TEACHERS AS A COMPONENT OF A SAFE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS
The article highlights the issues of organizing a safe educational environment, since educational institutions should create such conditions that every student can freely develop and learn. Fire safety in an educational institution is ensured through organizational and practical measures and the use of technical means aimed at preventing fires, ensuring the safety of participants in the educational process, reducing possible property losses and mitigating negative consequences in case of their occurrence, and creating conditions for successful fire extinguishing. Educational institutions organize classes on fire safety, prevention of risks associated with explosive or suspicious objects, and rules for handling such objects, as well as practical training on actions to be taken in the event of an alarm, threat of an emergency, or fire. The main aspects of preparing a future teacher to organize a safe educational environment are identified, as this is an important element of teacher education. The process of training a future teacher in the basics of fire safety includes both theoretical training and the development of practical skills necessary to ensure the physical, psychological and emotional safety of students. Particular attention is paid to the study of fire safety in educational institutions, the organization of fire safety, briefings and exercises, methods and means of extinguishing fires.
