It is shown that a multi-level approach to career guidance in the field of natural sciences is an effective tool for motivating students to study, developing their professional interests and forming key competencies relevant for the modern labor market. The use of interactive teaching methods, such as project-based tasks, STEM education and the use of digital platforms, contributed to increasing the level of knowledge of students in natural sciences, as well as awareness of their practical significance. Further implementation and improvement of multi-level career guidance will contribute to the training of specialists capable of meeting modern challenges in science, technology and ecology. The results of the study can be used to update career guidance programs, as well as to develop recommendations for improving the educational process in the context of preparing students for future professional activities.
