PREPARATION OF FUTURE COMPUTER SCIENCE TEACHERS FOR THE USE OF HyFlex TECHNOLOGY IN INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENTS

The article addresses the preparation of future computer science teachers to work in inclusive environments using HyFlex technology. The importance of preparing teachers for inclusive education in times of war, when the number of children with special educational needs is increasing, is highlighted. The HyFlex approach allows students to choose a learning format that suits them (in-person, online synchronous, or asynchronous), ensuring equal access to learning materials and increasing the flexibility of the educational process. Based on the analysis of research, it is concluded that the implementation of the HyFlex model promotes inclusivity in education by adapting the learning environment to the individual needs of students. The article provides examples of the use of the HyFlex approach in computer science lessons, with particular attention to ensuring interaction between students in different learning formats. An important aspect is the creation of conditions for quality feedback and assessment of learning outcomes, regardless of whether the student attends the class in person or studies remotely. It is determined that the successful preparation of computer science teachers to work in inclusive environments using the HyFlex approach requires proper training and consideration of both technical and pedagogical challenges, which will ensure equal opportunities for all students.
