Philosophy on the other side of the laws of non-contradiction: metalogism and antinomianism in the work of Pavel Florensky and Semyon Frank
The article discusses criticism of the antinomianism of Pavel Florensky and Semyon Frank in the works of E.N. Trubetskiy, G.V. Florovsky, S.S. Horizhim and D.A. Goryachev. The texts of S.L. Frank and P.A. Florensky are analysed using the method of historical and philosophical reconstruction and the method of comparative analysis. The specificity of the analysed texts, consisting in the absence of strict logical boundaries between concepts, is revealed. Based on this, it is suggested that both P.A. Florensky and S.L. Frank assumed the possibility of a special cognitive mode (‘pre-thought depths’, ‘meta-logical unity’) preceding thinking in concepts, which obeys the laws of formal logic. A comparative analysis of these conclusions with V.I. Moiseev's project of the logic of universality has been carried out, as a result of which some parallelism of the approaches of the considered thinkers and their complementarity have been noted. Prospects for their further convergence are outlined.
