Empowerment Unleashed: How Financial Inclusion, Fintech, and Women’s Financial Wellbeing Intersect

This research investigates the interconnectedness of Financial Inclusion (FI), Fintech Adoption (FA), and “women’s financial well-being” in the context of Women’s Empowerment (WE). Through purposive sampling, data were collected from 300 employed women across various districts of Haryana via a questionnaire. PLS SEM was used in the study to examine the data. The study looks at how variables, including Government Support (GS), Technological Innovativeness (TI), and Financial Literacy (FL) affect Financial Inclusion (FI) and Fintech Adoption (FA), which in turn affects Women’s Financial Well-Being (WFWB). It also looks into how these factors work together to empower women. The results highlight the critical role that FA and FI play in enhancing WFWB and enabling their empowerment. The findings imply that to improve women’s financial well-being and empower them even more, the Indian government should develop and put into effect laws that support financial inclusion and fintech adoption.
